History on April 29th will have noticed that the site was down due
to bandwidth issues. We've gotten a tremendous amount of traffic in the
build-up to the new season of Doctor Who, which is wonderful --
it's why I maintain these pages, after all! -- but also taxing on my
bank account. A Brief History is completely paid for out of my
own pocket, and has been for more than 12 years. So please consider
